A rare and collectable miniature carriage toy made in 1953 to commemorate the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II. It is created in die cast metal and hand painted in gold and cream hues.
Considering the age of this piece, it remains in very good condition. The wheels maintain their independent movement and the horses are still connected to the chassis and all equines have all limbs.
The toy is 17cm (7 inches) in length and 3.5cm (1.5 inches) at its highest point.
