Here we have two very good examples of Prattware pot lid artistry.

Prattware were the originators of transferring intricate paintings on to the lids of everyday household goods.

Very quickly they became a collectors item and have stayed that way ever since.

The two lids offered here are titled 'A Pair' and 'Peace'; both well known Pratt pieces. In the photos, you can see each lid shows some wear. 'A Pair' has very minor wear to the edge in a few places, whilst in 'Peace' you can see a more substantial chip to the left side of the lid.

These issues in mind, the price has been set accordingly.

The diameter of each framed pot lid is 14 cm / 6 inches.
