A marvellous large Edwardian bottle coaster made by Maxfield and Sons in Sheffield, England c. 1908.

It is an impressive piece, heavily decorated with a handmade pinhole motif.

You can see in the photos, that the plating has worn in some places (not uncommon in barware) but its overall impact and effect does not disappoint.
